The Nigeria national team, affectionately known as the Super Eagles, will need to improve their finishing if they hope to make a deep run in the World Cup. According to FIFA license agent Olawale, who is based in Portugal, the team has been struggling to convert half chances into goals. This has been a major concern for the team, and it's an area they need to work on if they want to succeed on the biggest stage.
Olawale praised the team's defensive performance, saying he was impressed with the way they played. However, he expressed his disappointment with the attacking line, which seemed to be struggling without the presence of Victor Osimhen. "No Osimhen, no party" seems to be the worrying song for the team, and it's clear that they need to find a way to create scoring opportunities without their star striker.
The agent also had words of praise for Tolu Arokodare, who showed quality and performance in the match. He hopes that the young player will get more playing time and score more goals. On the other hand, he expressed concerns about Ademola Lookman, who seemed to be out of match fitness and not in good shape for the match.
If the Super Eagles want to go far in the World Cup, they need to improve their finishing rapidly. If not, they might find themselves watching the tournament from the comfort of their homes, dancing to the music of elimination. The team has the qualities and talent, but they need to display them on the pitch and show the world what they're capable of.
