Kano Pillars FC Expresses Gratitude After Successful NPFL Campaign

The Management of Kano Pillars FC has extended heartfelt appreciation to everyone who contributed to the team's successful 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) campaign. In a statement signed by Chairman Alhaji Ali Muhammad Umar (Nayara), the club thanked the Kano State Government, led by Governor Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, and the Honourable Commissioner for Youths and Sports Development, Hon. Mustapha Rabiu Kwankwaso and Kano State Football Association, for their unwavering support.

The club also expressed gratitude to its principal sponsor, RAMBO Insecticide, for their continuous partnership and generous backing. Special appreciation was extended to the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Kano State Chapter, for their tireless coverage and professionalism.

Kano Pillars FC acknowledged the dedication of its fans, both at home and across the country, whose loyalty and passionate support were instrumental in the team's achievements. The club finished 9th on the NPFL table with 53 points from 38 matches, a six-point improvement from the previous campaign.

The club has already begun preparations for the 2025/2026 season, with a focus on rebuilding a stronger squad capable of challenging for the NPFL title and FA Cup. Strategic additions are being made to the team to ensure a successful campaign.

The Management of Kano Pillars FC expressed determination to deliver a season filled with joy, trophies, and pride for the club's loyal fans. With the continued support of the Kano State Government, sponsors, media, and supporters, the club is confident of achieving great things.

The statement concluded with a rallying cry for the team, "Sai Masu Gida... Forward Ever!" as the club embarks on its journey to reclaim its position as a top-tier team in Nigerian football.

FASTE Emerges Overall Winner of ADUSTECH 12th Inter-Faculties Sports Competition

Kano Pillars FC Announces Blockbuster Partnership with RFI Hausa

By Muzammil Dalha Yola Kano Pillars Football Club, one of Nigeria's most storied football institutions, is proud to announce a landmark partnership with Radio France Internationale (RFI) Hausa, a leading international news media organization. This is a partnership deal worth N100m, a kit sponsorship deal for one season. Under the deal, the club will receive N45m in cash and a season's worth of jerseys, whereby each player will wear a new set in every game, which will allow him to give it away after matches. RFI will also train the club's media team as well as publicize all the club's activities.  This sponsorship is the first of its kind by the organisation.
