NYML/NLO Extends Registration Deadline and Announces Kick-Off Date

The New Year Mega Lottery Nigeria Nationwide League One (NYML/NLO) has extended its registration deadline and announced the official kick-off date for its New Year Mega Lottery NLO 2025 season. In an official statement signed by League Manager Tayo Egbaiyelo (MON), the league informed all state football associations, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), and participating clubs of the changes.

Due to the introduction of new face recognition technology, several clubs faced challenges in completing their registration on time. To address this issue, the Secretariat has extended the registration deadline to Friday, April 11, 2025. The registration portal will officially close on the same date.

The league's kick-off match is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at the Bwari Township Stadium in Abuja. This marks the beginning of the NLO25 season, which promises to be an exciting and competitive tournament.

The extension of the registration deadline and the announcement of the kick-off date provide clarity and certainty for participating clubs, players, and fans. The league's commitment to ensuring a smooth and successful season is evident in its efforts to address technical challenges and provide adequate time for registration.
