Abubakar Saminu, a 16-year-old attacking midfielder from Kano, is making waves in the Nigerian football scene. Nicknamed "Habu Goma," Saminu currently plays for Sky Academy in Kano, a NLO Division One club, where he has racked up an impressive 19 goals and 21 assists in 68 games.

Saminu's exceptional performance has earned him recognition, with his previous stints at Golden Bullet FC and Highlanders FC paving the way for his move to Sky Academy. The young midfielder's talent and dedication have drawn comparisons to Nigerian football legend, Rabiu Ali, who is also from Kano.
