In a move aimed at boosting youth and sports development in Borno State, His Excellency, Professor Alh Babagana Umara Zulum, has appointed Alh Babagana Kalli Kachalla, the Executive Chairman of Borno State Football Association and NFF Executive Board Member, as his Senior Special Adviser on Youth and Sports Development.

Babagana's appointment is seen as a well-deserved recognition of his dedication and contributions to football development in Borno State and the country at large. As Chairman of the Match Commissioners Appointment Committee of the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF), Kachalla has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in the sports sector.
