Jamilu Yusuf (Onga) Set for Trial at Club Deportivo Leganes in Madrid, Spain

Junior Dan'buram's dynamic attacker, Jamilu Yusuf, popularly known as Onga, is set to travel to Madrid, Spain, for a two-month trial with Club Deportivo Leganes. The 18-year-old player has been officially invited to join the club's high-performance youth team for training from July to August 2024.

According to a letter signed by Club President Jeff Luhnow, Jamilu Yusuf will have the opportunity to showcase his skills at the Estadio Municipal Butarque's Sports Facility in Leganes, Madrid. The trial is a result of an agreement between Club Deportivo Leganes and Mees Palace F.A CEO Emmanuel Adukwu.

Jamilu Yusuf (Onga) has impressed with his attacking prowess and goal-scoring mindset, netting 12 goals and 6 assists in 9 matches of the recent NLO season. His performance has earned him recognition and praise from Junior Dan'buram's proprietor, Prince Daha Umar Faruq, who commended his talent and potential.

This opportunity marks a significant milestone in Jamilu Yusuf's career, and Junior Danburan FC continues to develop potential players for the future, aiming to make the country proud.
