Goal Frenzy Hits NLO U-19 Youth League As 27 Goals Rain Down In Five Matches

The 2024 NLO U-19 Youth League witnessed an avalanche of goals at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano Centre, with an astonishing 27 goals scored in just five matches, averaging 5.4 goals per match on wednesday 24th July 2024.

The goal fest began with Kano Ambassadors thrashing Mazugal Bees 6-0, followed by a thrilling encounter between Dabo Babes and Turbo Touch International, which ended 2-3 in favor of the latter.

Murtala/Barau FC suffered a heavy 2-7 defeat at the hands of Kano Travellers, while Gaida United edged out Good Hope 2-1. The final match of the day saw Tagarji FC lose 1-3 to Tahir Babes.

The 2024 NLO U-19 Youth League is living up to its promise of showcasing the talents of young footballers in Nigeria, with goals flowing freely and teams exhibiting skill and determination.
