Abdul Daneji Signs Two-Year Deal with Redfox Stara Lubovna in Slovakia

Kano-born star attacker Abdulhakeem Ahmad, popularly known as Abdul Daneji, has secured a two-year contract with Redfox Stara Lubovna, a second-division club in Slovakia, for the 2024/2025 season.

The 20-year-old prodigy has consistently demonstrated his goal-scoring prowess, impressing fans and scouts alike. In the 2022/2023 season, he played for Austrian club SV Seekirchen in the third division, scoring 5 goals and providing 7 assists in 16 matches, totaling 877 minutes on the field.

His outstanding performance earned him a move to FK Poprad in Slovakia's third division for the 2023/24 season. Abdul Daneji excelled, playing 20 matches, scoring an impressive 31 goals, and contributing 9 assists in 1246 minutes. He received the Man of the Match award 12 times and emerged as the top goal scorer.

Abdulhakeem Ahmad's remarkable journey began as a goal machine for the U15 Future Eagles. He is now a promising young striker sought after by top clubs. His dream is to continue his impressive form with Redfox Stara Lubovna and eventually represent Nigeria in the U23 or Super Eagles national teams.

Fans and football enthusiasts eagerly anticipate Abdul Daneji's contributions to his new club and the possibility of seeing him don the Nigerian national team jersey in the future.
