In a thrilling finale, Junior Dan'buram Fc Daura has earned a well-deserved promotion to the Nigeria National League (NNL) after defeating Police Barretta Gombe 3-0 in the NLO New Year Mega Lottery final playoff match at the Sani Abacha Stadium, Kofar Mata, Kano on Wednesday, August 14th, 2024.
The Daura-based football club's victory was sealed by Abdulbari Abayi's brace and Jamilu Yusuf Onga's solo goal, securing their spot in the Nigeria second division league for the 2024/25 season.
This achievement marks a significant milestone for Junior Dan'buram FC, making them the next team from Katsina State to participate in the NNL.
