In a bid to unearth and nurture young football talent, FC Footwork of Abuja is gearing up to host a major Scouting Tournament from October 6th to 8th, 2025, at the prestigious FIFA Goal Project Pitch, Abuja. This highly anticipated event will bring together 10 top teams, all vying for the attention of European scouts who will be in attendance.
The scouting tournament promises to be an exciting platform for young players to showcase their skills and potentially launch their careers in professional football. Scouts from Europe, including Dirk Engelbinck and Jordy Engelbinck from Belgium, will be flying in to discover the next generation of football stars. With their expertise and keen eyes for talent, these scouts will be instrumental in identifying and recruiting young players with the potential to make it big in the world of football.
FC Footwork, the host academy, has a proven track record of producing international talent. Under the leadership of Alhaji Labeeb Rabiu Yarima, the academy's CEO, FC Footwork has consistently delivered talented players to top clubs around the world.
